Good day, my name is Radosław Bugaj, I have been associated with the Transport, Forwarding and Logistics industry since 2003. Over the years of working in the industry, I have specialized in road transport, intermodal transport and logistics. I gained experience in companies on the Polish, UK, Irish, French and Italian markets, learning various work methods.
I understand the needs of both employers and candidates.
I have a FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding and a CPC in Road Transport of Goods.
I graduated from universities in Supply Chain Management in Katowice and Dublin.
Throughout my professional career, I have conducted thousands of recruitment processes for my teams.
I have been involved in headhunting and consulting for the Transport, Freight Forwarding Logistics and SCM industry for last 4 years.
I believe that the client is both the employer and the job applicant.
