Good day, my name is Radoslaw Bugaj and I have been actively involved in the Transport, Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Supply Chain sectors since 2003. I specialize in road transport, intermodal transport and logistics services in the FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors.

Over the years I have gained experience working for companies in the Polish, British, Irish, French and Italian markets. This diversity has allowed me to learn and apply many effective working methods that translate into optimization of logistics processes.

I hold the FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding and a Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Transport. I am a graduate of Supply Chain Management master degree studies in Economics University in Katowice and in The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport in Dublin, as well as post-graduates studies in HR Business Partner and Health and Safety Management.

I understand both the needs of employers and the expectations of candidates. Throughout my career I have conducted thousands of recruitment processes, and for the past 5 years I have specialized in headhunting and consulting for Transport, Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Supply Chain companies.
